For two decades, our highly-respected quarterly journal has published articles written by experts in law enforcement including regular features showcasing SWAT and patrol tactics, firearms, technology, physical fitness, TEMS techniques and more.
The Crisis Negotiator newsletter was established in 2000 and is the only national print publication devoted to the latest crisis negotiation topics and techniques and is a benefit to our CNT NTOA members.
We welcome articles written by our members. Please contact our editor, Mary Heins, for more information on submitting an article for publication.

The acknowledgment will include the placement of the sponsor’s logo on selected NTOA promotional and training materials, as well as, access to the public address portions of our membership mailing lists. The NTOA will benefit through a sponsor’s commitment to supply various products for our training programs, as well as donations for door prizes, and memorial fund raffles. Additionally, the NTOA will benefit when membership materials are distributed to the purchasers of their products and services.
